Job DescriptionImmediate Openings: Powder Coaters – Aurora, CO
🕒 Shift: 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
💵 Pay: $20–$22/hour (based on experience)
🔧 Position Overview
We’re hiring Powder Coaters to join our manufacturing team in Aurora. This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who take pride in precision, quality, and craftsmanship. You’ll be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of metal surfaces, ensuring each product meets high standards for durability and finish.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and powder coat various metal surfaces and components
- Apply protective coatings to equipment and miscellaneous metalwork
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality and consistency
- Operate tools and equipment used in powder coating processes
- Maintain accurate records of coated parts and color specifications
- Clean and organize work areas; properly store and dispose of paint products
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Support other manufacturing departments as needed

- Experience in powder coating or similar industrial painting processes (automotive painting)
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to operate coating tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist across departments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
