Head of Marketing & Growth
About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic marketing leader to drive the development and execution of our marketing initiatives across both digital and physical channels. This role is perfect for someone who loves wearing multiple hats — from split testing landing pages and managing product launches, to shaping our brand presence and building strong partnerships with creative collaborators. You’ll play a central role in turning our ideas into impactful marketing programs that expand our brand and drive revenue growth.
What You’ll Do

Own marketing execution across channels — from landing page split testing and optimization to catalogs, packaging inserts, and direct mail campaigns.

Lead product launches in close partnership with our executive and warehouse teams, ensuring products are developed, staged, and marketed effectively.

Coordinate creative production, including product photography, copywriting, and graphic/web design.

Work with third-party partners to develop copy, creatives, web pages, and other assets—knowing when to leverage outside expertise and building long-term relationships with the best vendors for our business.

Provide clear creative direction and requirements to internal and external designers, writers, and developers.

Contribute to branding efforts, ensuring our look, feel, and messaging stay consistent while evolving with our business.

Expand remarketing and retention programs, helping us design engaging messaging for packaging, loyalty, and follow-up campaigns.

Support growth initiatives, testing new channels, campaigns, and creative approaches to reach and retain customers.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in marketing leadership, ideally in a role that blended digital and physical marketing initiatives.

Strong project management skills — able to balance multiple initiatives and keep teams and vendors on track.

A hands-on mindset: comfortable rolling up your sleeves to draft copy, outline landing pages, or mock up creative when needed.

Experience managing third-party vendors and building productive, long-term working relationships.

Familiarity with growth marketing practices such as split testing, remarketing, and direct response campaigns.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to connect with designers, copywriters, warehouse teams, and leadership alike.
