Situated in Chimayo, NM, you will be working within reach of a 47-bed acute care facility that serves Northern New Mexico with a dedicated team of 300 healthcare employees. Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.
- Operate radiology equipment while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Maintain compliance with state-specific requirements, including fingerprinting and certification adherence.
- Adhere to facility policies and protocols to uphold the highest standards of care.
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Certification as a Radiology Technologist is required prior to submission.
- Proven proficiency in imaging and radiology procedures.
- Ability to comply with New Mexico state clinical requirements, including fingerprinting and background checks.
- Willingness to maintain weekly orientation attendance (Mondays).
- Candidates must reside 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify for travel status.
Additional Information
This contract role requires travelers to have all mandatory certifications at submissiononsite certifications are not provided. The facility may require additional certifications beyond the standard set. The New Mexico Department of Health mandates fingerprinting for all clinical staff prior to hire, with initial outpatient supervision during clearance processing.
