We provide a cohesive system of care for both adult and pediatric patients across 28 locations in eastern Massachusetts. Our dedicated team, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and ancillary clinicians, collaborates under a value-driven philosophy, working alongside hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and nursing facilities. Join us in our mission to enhance care and improve lives through trust, understanding, and shared decision-making with every patient. Experience the essence of Caring. Connecting. Growing together.

As a Cardiologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who require specialized care. You will be part of a collaborative team model, working alongside primary care and specialty providers, hospital partners, community specialists, and skilled nursing facilities to deliver high-quality, evidence-based medicine to a diverse and expanding patient population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical assessments for patients with specialized conditions.

  • Formulate and execute care plans for these patients, including prescribing medications, exercises, and other treatments, as well as conducting tests such as echocardiography, stress testing, vascular ultrasound imaging, nuclear imaging, and cardiac device clinic evaluations.

  • Work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care, ensuring continuity through effective communication with external health and social agencies.

  • Act as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists, consulting on patient care issues.

  • Educate and counsel individuals and groups regarding specific healthcare needs, serving as a specialist in your area.

  • Contribute to the creation of health education programs.

You will be acknowledged and rewarded for your contributions in a challenging environment that provides clear guidance on achieving success in your role, along with opportunities for development in other areas of interest.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical School or School of Osteopathic Medicine.

  • Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Cardiology.

  • Current active DEA licensure/prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.

  • Current active Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration or the ability to obtain it post-hire, in accordance with state regulations.

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification may be required depending on specialty.

  • Certification in Echocardiography and Nuclear Medicine.

Compensation for this specialty typically ranges from $367,500 to $700,000. Total cash compensation includes base salary and bonuses, influenced by various factors such as local labor markets, education, and work experience, with potential increases over time based on productivity and performance. We adhere to all applicable minimum wage laws. Alongside your salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (all benefits are subject to eligibility criteria). Regardless of when or where you start your career with us, you will find a wide array of benefits and incentives.

Our organization is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, and qualified candidates will be considered for employment without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws.

We maintain a drug-free workplace, and candidates must successfully pass a drug test prior to commencing employment.
