A large, well-established company located in the Blue Lagoon area of Miami is seeking an HR Onboarding Coordinator to join their team immediately. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting employees through the onboarding process while maintaining strong administrative organization.
The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to manage a high-volume workload while ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for new hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees from offer acceptance through their first day.
- Communicate with new hires regarding onboarding steps, required documents, and start-day logistics.
- Partner with HR team members, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Assist with scheduling orientations and other onboarding-related activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a high-volume environment.
- Strong administrative and coordination skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems is a plus.
- Previous HR, onboarding, or administrative experience preferred.
