What You'll Be Working On

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
  • Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement.
  • Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while helping build high-performing teams.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, municipal, or industrial projects.
  • Strong financial ownership including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
  • Experience leading subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
