Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts.
- Manage subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and procurement.
- Lead owner, architect, engineer, and subcontractor meetings.
- Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure safe, high-quality execution.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while helping build high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
- Experience managing commercial, multifamily, healthcare, education, municipal, or industrial projects.
- Strong financial ownership including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and change management.
- Experience leading subcontractor buyout and contract negotiations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
