Job DescriptionSenior Revenue & Billing Analyst - Construction
Hybrid position out of Murrieta CA.
Join a high-growth professional services organization where your work directly supports project teams and executive leadership. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Senior Revenue & Billing Analyst to manage complex invoicing, contracts, and accounts receivable processes in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:

Own monthly invoicing and maintain accurate AR ledgers
-
Review contracts, POs, and change orders to ensure proper project setup and billing accuracy
-
Research and resolve billing discrepancies
-
Partner with Project Managers on invoice status and revenue tracking
-
Reconcile account balances, audit expenses, and support financial reporting
-
Assist with audits and contract close-outs
What We’re Looking For:
-
4+ years of high-volume billing experience
-
Experience with integrated accounting systems (e.g., Deltek, MAS200, Great Plains)
-
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting)
-
Solid understanding of general ledger entries and revenue processes
-
Highly organized, analytical, and collaborative
Construction or professional services industry experience is a plus.
