Senior Superintendent - Healthcare Construction
Location: Charleston, SC
Salary: $140K-$170K (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee construction projects in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management with a focus on healthcare facilities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and construction teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure design intent is met.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily reports.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on healthcare projects.
• Typical Healthcare ground up projects ranger from $10M-$50M
• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial, industrial, or healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.
