Job DescriptionSalary: $64-68,000 per year

Hotel California by the Sea (HCBTS) is a dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment center located in Bellevue, WA with other facilities located in Newport Beach, CA and Cincinnati, OH. HCBTS is looking for a dynamic, flexible, and passionate individual to join our outstanding team as a Case Manager!


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide substance use disorder counseling and case management services to clients
  • Maintain an individual client caseload of 10-15 clients
  • Create individualized treatment plans alongside clients
  • Complete all ASAM assessments, screenings, and discharge/transfer documentation
  • Support, facilitate, and participate in therapeutic treatment interventions for clients as needed
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to promote, facilitate, and achieve desired treatment outcomes for clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with all JTC, WAC, and company guidelines
  • Maintain ethical and professional boundaries in the counseling relationship
  • Develop individualized discharge and aftercare planning with clients
  • Respond appropriately to clients experiencing a crisis
  • Offer support and debrief clients families on a weekly basis
  • Other duties as assigned


Minimum Qualifications/Experience:


  • Licensed as a SUDP
  • Strong knowledge of ASAM Criteria (3rd edition) and DSM-5
  • Experience providing individualized counseling as well as group facilitation
  • Strong commitment to serve clients struggling with chemical dependency


Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience providing addiction/substance use disorder counseling and case management services
  • 4+ years of experience in the behavioral healthcare field
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certification
