Overview
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Pool Installers for projects located in the Wilkes Barre, PA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Install in-ground swimming pools (vinyl, fiberglass, or concrete)
- Set and strip forms for pool decks, footings, and structural components
- Perform concrete flatwork and finishing (broom, smooth, decorative finishes)
- Assist with masonry work including block, coping, and related structures
- Install pool plumbing systems (PVC lines, fittings, equipment hook-ups)
- Ensure proper grading, leveling, and layout
- Operate hand tools and power equipment safely
- Follow project plans, measurements, and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Proven experience in pool installation required
- Strong concrete finishing and flatwork skills
- Experience setting forms and basic masonry work
- Knowledge of pool plumbing systems and equipment
- Ability to read a tape measure and work from layout plans
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors
