Royale Oaks Assisted Living strives to focus on the individual needs and choices of each of our residents through our concept of Person Centered Living. We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at our Royale Oaks/House of Hope location. Qualified candidates must have a passion for working with the elderly and be committed to upholding our core values of Integrity, Dignity, Teamwork, and Compassion.
As a Cook, you will:
- Make our residents feel at home by treating them with patience and sensitivity
- Provide excellent service to residents
- Adhere to menus and portion control standards
- Prepare and serve meals
- Ensure resident safety
- Go above and beyond your assigned duties to help with any reasonable resident or teammate request
- Perform other duties as assigned
We require our Dietary employees to:
- Have a High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Be able to fluently read, write, speak and understand English
- Be able to follow time schedules for meal preparation and serving
- Maintains a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Arrive on time for shifts and work as scheduled
