Job DescriptionMechanical Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift
$22–$23/hour | Climate‑Controlled Facility | Growth‑Focused Team

We’re looking for reliable, hands‑on Mechanical Assemblers to help build high‑performance chiller systems used in data center applications. If you enjoy working with tools, following detailed build instructions, and contributing to a collaborative shop environment, this role is an excellent fit.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble chiller units using detailed work instructions and build specifications
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and assembly documentation
- Support production with general shop tasks, including:
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Packaging and shrink‑wrapping finished units
- Material handling and staging
- Assist with sheet metal fabrication by loading and unloading machines
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
- Cross‑train in additional areas, including custom unit assembly
Required
- Mechanical assembly experience
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
Preferred
- Experience with electrical schematics and wiring
- Sheet metal fabrication experience
- Manufacturing or production experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
