Work where your team values you! The accounting department at Wisconsin Aviation is growing and looking for another team member. This person will be responsible for processing and managing daily accounting operations.
- Managing accounts payable processing. Ensure bills are paid timely and accurate. (working knowledge requried)
- Process allocations for invoices.
- Check prices, terms of payment and other relevant invoice data.
- Accounts Receivable and Collections
- Liaison for CSR billing procedures
- Month-end closing entries / accruals
- Run department reports as directed by Controller
- Assist in annual CPA Review preparation
- Compliance with governing regulations, internal standards, policies and procedures
Required education
- Bachelor degree or equivalent certifications in accounting with at least three (3) years of progressive accounting experience
- All Madisonemployees in these jobsmust alsobe able to obtain a SIDA (Secure Identification Display Area)badge through the TSA (Transportation Security Administration)
A good candidate will have attention to detail and time management. As a part of the accounting group you will need excellent interpersonal communications with internal and external customers.
