• In house 24 hour shifts 3 - 6 per month per provider
• 200 deliveries per month with 30% cesarean rate
• OB emergency department sees approximately 10 patients daily
• Coverage needed at two hospital locations
• Long term plan includes 24/7 provider availability
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
