Responsibilities
Leadership & Management: Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet individual and team sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships by delivering customized insurance solutions.
Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends and market data to identify new business opportunities.
Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance team performance and skillsets.
Sales Forecasting: Utilize data to forecast sales performance and prepare reports for senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach across the company.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a hybrid remote work environment.
Licensing: Relevant insurance sales licenses as per state requirements are mandatory.
Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
