Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.

Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen stations before and after service.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper storage of food items.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.

Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

Participate in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.

Uphold high standards of presentation for all dishes served.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field.
