Intermountain is expanding and we’re hiring! We are looking for an energetic, adaptable, purpose-driven, and dedicated person to join our team as. As an educator with Intermountain, you will work with our kids on our campus in a privately accredited school for our therapeutic treatment home kids, grades K-8th. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Designs and implements group and individualized instruction in compliance with agency, State and Federal Guidelines.
- Implements lessons and hands-on activities through a variety of materials and resources.
- Establishes classroom schedules and routines designed to improve self-esteem, learning potential and relational development.
- Administers and evaluates assessments to identify learning needs to improve educational achievement and instruction.
- Design, implement and manage the Individualized Education Plan using the Montana electronic system, Infinite Campus (AIM).
- Implement the Individual Education Plan for out-of-state students in accordance with master contracts and individual services agreements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in special education or Elementary Education.
- Valid Montana Driver’s License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
Preferred
- Endorsement in Special Education from an accredited college.
