Mission for This Role:
Lead field operations in TPA by ensuring daily safety compliance, accurate scheduling, high-quality installation, and successful project execution while modeling C/Sharpe’s RESTORE values and supporting strong field team performance.
Outcomes (Success Measured By):
Safety Performance
- Achieve 100% daily safety compliance (JHAs, PPE, housekeeping, fall protection, equipment checks).
- Zero OSHA recordables and zero repeat safety violations.
- Submit all safety documentation daily and accurately.
Schedule Execution
- Maintain 95%+ accuracy on the 2-week look-ahead schedule.
- Deliver project phases on or ahead of schedule with minimal delays that fall within superintendent control.
- Communicate schedule impacts to PM within 24 hours.
Quality Control
- Achieve 95%+ first-time inspection pass rate (internal or external).
- Reduce punch list items and rework of labor hours on superintendent-managed scopes.
- Ensure work is installed per spec, per drawing, and per C/Sharpe standards every day.
Field Leadership & Communication
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly alignment meetings with field teams.
- Maintain clear, concise communication with Project Manager and subcontractors.
- Support field onboarding and skill development of crew members assigned to the project.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain clean, organized, efficient jobsites.
- Proactively identify risks and escalate issues before they create schedule or quality impacts.
- Demonstrate mastery of operational systems (Procore, SafetyPlusWeb, scheduling workflows, and safety documentation).

Required Experience & Skills:
Education:
No specific degree required; construction-related training preferred.
Industry Experience:
- 5 years in construction required.
- 1–2 years in a Superintendent or Foreman leadership role required.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in reading construction drawings, scopes, and specifications.
- Experience coordinating trades, manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Proficient in safety practices, daily logs, and schedule management.
Preferred Experience (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience in window/door installation, waterproofing, structural repair, concrete repair, roofing, or coatings.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software.
- Additional certifications in relevant trades (Procore Certification, OSHA 30 etc.).
- Experience supervising multi-trade teams.
