We need a Customer Care Specialist. We are a family owned and operated Electrical, HVAC and Plumbing service company in Farmington Hills that has been in business since 1925. Qualifications for our Customer Care Specialist:
Preferably 1-3 years of experience in customer service. Must have a positive attitude, learn quickly and adapt well to changes. You will serve as the bridge between our customers and technicians in the field.
Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Customer Care Specialist:
- Answering inbound calls and entering accurately in our operating system or routing appropriately
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Prevent and/or manage escalations
- Initiate communication with customers
- Assist other CSR’s and Dispatchers to complete daily tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Complete administrative duties and special projects as assigned
- Highly organized with special attention to details and demonstrated follow-through
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, exceptional at prioritizing, and works well with a team
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Help the team meet daily goals

Your Cost will range from $46 p/week to $365 p/week depending on your situation
