Job Description
A dynamic, well-funded global insurance platform is seeking a Head of FP&A for a newly created role amid exciting growth and corporate build-out. Reporting to the CFO, this individual will join the key management team to drive expansion through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience in insurance (brokerage, MGA, or carrier environments), strong modeling and BI skills, excellent communication, and expertise in global, multi-entity settings with an entrepreneurial, hands-on approach.
