$100,000–$125,000 DOE

CV Resources is partnering exclusively with a growing nonprofit healthcare organization in Idaho to identify an experienced Accounting Manager. This is a high-impact role with strong visibility, ideal for someone who enjoys process improvement, systems optimization, and helping elevate an accounting function during a period of growth and change.
This position will play a key role in strengthening core accounting operations, supporting a forthcoming ERP implementation, and helping shape the future structure of the department.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and accounts payable

Assist with account reconciliations, audit preparation, and closing activities

Support system optimization efforts across ERP and HRIS platforms

Play a meaningful role in an upcoming NetSuite implementation

Help improve and streamline accounting workflows and reporting processes

Partner closely with leadership to support a growing and evolving finance team
Qualifications:

Strong general ledger and core accounting experience

Experience working within a large ERP environment

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organization

Prior healthcare, nonprofit, or FQHC experience is a plus but not required

NetSuite exposure is a plus

Salary range: $100,000–$125,000 DOE
