Job Title: Appointment Coordinator/Scheduler/Outbound Call Specialist

Classification: $16.50 Hourly/Full-Time/Plus Commission

We are seeking an Appointment Coordinator/Setter to join our team!

STEITZ & DER MANOUEL, INC. DBA ECOWATER SYSTEMS OF CENTRAL CALIFORNIA

You will be responsible for helping customers by setting appointments and coordinating the service schedule for filter changes, product and service information while resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services.
• Call leads and set appointments.
• Document and update customer records based on interactions.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish Speaking is a Plus
• Needs to be very punctual and reliable
• Must provide great customer service and a positive attitude
• Driven to earn bonuses for going beyond individual goals
• Paid Training
• Able to pass a background screen

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
