Gradient Financial Group is a financial services organization with twelve specialized entities, including Gradient Investments, an independent, SEC registered investment advisor firm.
What You’ll Do
- Gather, analyze, and summarize financial information provided by Financial Services Professionals
- Create financial planning reports and run product illustrations as instructed
- Work to become a resource for our Financial Services Professionals regarding our software, our products, and key financial planning concepts
- Provide case redesign based on progression of case/appointment process
- Manage communication among parties involved, including Case Central team members, Gradient team members (including internal stakeholders) and the Financial Services Professional
- Establish relationships with Financial Services Professionals and cross-functional Gradient employees
What you Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree – Required
- Master’s Degree – Preferred
- CFA – preferred
- 7+ Years of Investment Management Experience – Required
- Public Company Analysis/Modeling/Valuation Experience – Required
- Prior Stock Selection and or ETF Allocation Experience – Required
- Proficient knowledge of security/asset selection and investment allocation
- Proficient knowledge of a variety of investments including stocks, bonds, ETFs and alternative assets
