<p>We are seeking a Project Manager for a Plumbing Company to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. You will need to have extensive plumbing experience (minimum 7 years)</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee all aspects of plumbing projects from sales to planning &amp; implementation</li>
<li>Allocate team for assigned projects</li>
<li>Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors</li>
<li>Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients</li>
<li>Negotiate with contractors.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in plumbing/construction management</li>
<li>Familiarity with construction management software</li>
<li>Strong leadership qualities</li>
<li>Strong negotiation skills</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
