In this role, you will contact leads from a provided list to confirm key information and transfer qualified prospects to available agents. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in the insurance industry, with a clear path toward becoming a licensed Producer.

Responsibilities

• Call leads from a pre-generated list to verify and confirm basic contact and qualifying information
• Warm transfer interested and qualified prospects to an available licensed agent
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and call outcomes using our CRM system
• Provide a professional and positive experience for all potential clients
• Meet daily and weekly call goals and performance targets

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional phone demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• No prior experience or license required training is provided
• Must be coachable and eager to grow within the industry
