Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various residential HVAC Systems: Boilers, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Ductless, Air Purification, and Humidifiers
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems (residential and/or light commercial)
Perform breakdown repairs
Establish customer rapport and educate customers on products and services.
Discuss and assist in determining repair and replacement options with clients for their heating and cooling needs including quotes.
Adhering to safety protocols and industry standards for all service and repair activities.
Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
Communicate clearly with customers and team members
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.

Requirements:

Minimum 4+ years of Residential HVAC experience (EPA & NATE Certification is plus).
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Must have and maintain hand tools of the trade
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
EPA Universal
Must have a valid Driver’s License and possess and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
High-level knowledge of installation-related issues
Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through ability.
Highly motivated, self-starter who is flexible and has a positive attitude.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday with occasional weekend shift
On-call required one night of the week
