Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Psychotherapist (LCSW, LMSW, MHC-P, Post Doctoral Fellow) in a Private Practice, based in Williamsville, NY. The Psychotherapist will be responsible for providing psychotherapy services and creating tailored treatment plans for clients. Daily responsibilities may include assessing clients' mental health needs, addressing emotional and psychological concerns, and documenting progress in alignment with professional standards. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be an essential part of the role to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health practices
• Specialized knowledge and skills in Relationship Counseling
• Understanding of Medicine as it relates to mental health and psychotherapy
• Relevant licensure as a Psychotherapist or Mental Health Counselor in New York State
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish and maintain a professional therapeutic relationship
• Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in private practice or similar clinical settings is a plus
