Family Medicine opening in Green Bay, WI - Visa EligibleFull-time; PermanentEmployedH1/J1 Visa Assistance Position Summary Searching for a Family Medicine Physician who is looking to join a longstanding practice with established patients and excellent support staff Our clinic offers in-house lab, X-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health, dietitians with specialty care available Full-time practice: 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, minimum 4 days per week. Participate in a large call group – phone call only 1:30+. No hospital requirements. No weekends or holidays, except for on-call weekends. Teaching opportunities available with medical students from the Medical College of Wisconsin Green Bay.--- Compensation & Benefits 2-year compensation guarantee. Production, quality, and value-based bonuses available. Time off: 160 hours per fiscal year; 264 hours per fiscal year once compensation guarantee expires. CME stipend of $5,000 per fiscal year and 80 hours of time off. Up to $12,000 for relocation assistance.
