Full-Time | Customer-Facing | Growth-Focused Role
Location: Tampa, FL

Are you a people-first professional who loves building relationships, solving problems, and driving results? We’re looking for a motivated Account Representative to join our team and serve as the key connection point between our clients and our company. In this role, you’ll manage ongoing accounts, support customer needs, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure every client receives outstanding service from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients or customers

  • Build strong, trusting relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

  • Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored recommendations

  • Manage account activity including renewals, updates, product education, and service requests

  • Conduct outbound outreach to check in on accounts, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction

  • Track performance metrics, service issues, and growth opportunities in the CRM

  • Support new client onboarding by ensuring smooth transitions and clear expectations

  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to resolve issues quickly

  • Present product updates, promotions, or new service options to existing clients

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that align with customer needs

  • Prepare reports, meeting notes, and account summaries for leadership

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness at all times

Preferred but not required:

  • 1–3 years in account management, sales, customer success, or customer service

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

  • Background in marketing, SaaS, events, or retail sales
