Pinnacle Home Care, Florida’s largest Medicare-certified home health provider, has been delivering high-quality, patient-centered care for over two decades, and we’re looking for a Central Support Coordinator to join our award-winning team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute all tasks related to the Revenue Cycle. This includes reviewing and preparing clinical documentation to ensure compliance with billing requirements, in alignment with the Department’s Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Efficiently receive, review, and process Face-to-Face (F2F) documentation with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and timeliness on a daily basis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify the appropriate physician and coordinate appointment scheduling when F2F documentation is not included with the referral.
  • Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of industry updates and assist in regulatory education as needed.
  • Review and approve change orders as needed.
  • Review faxes to identify documents to support F2Fs, signed physician orders, and other documents as needed.
  • Collaboratively work with Medical Records and RCD Specialist to resolve deficiencies timely and accurately.
  • Protect the confidentiality of patient and organization information through effective controls and direct supervision of operations.
  • Proficient in using computers for data entry; must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and experience working with database management.
  • Maintain a patient and approachable demeanor while demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address challenges and support team objectives.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility to manage daily fluctuations and high-volume periods. Adapt readily to evolving business needs in support of ongoing company growth.
  • Comply with accepted professional standards and principles.
  • Consistently follow and uniformly enforce Agency policies and procedures to set an example for employees. Maintains compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Track individual key performance indicators daily.
  • Meet productivity goals as assigned by the direct Supervisor.
  • Comply with HIPAA regulations on all accounts.
  • Participate in team meetings, manage correspondence, share meeting responsibilities, respond to routine requests, and assist with the collaboration of professional learning and professional development.
  • Cross-train and collaborate to support other Central Operations Teams with Special Projects.

  • Perform additional duties and tasks as required, in response to evolving business needs and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-year experience in Home Health back-office operations preferred.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • Able to deal professionally with company staff, referral sources, and patients.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple systems or environments efficiently and accurately.
  • Intermediate Excel Skills preferred; Basic Excel Skills required.
