This is why we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Pest Control Sales Support Associate, to drive the company’s growth by promoting residential pest control services with customer outreach campaigns, offering excellent customer service, and assisting sales efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
The Pest Control Sales Support Associate will play a key part in helping expand the company’s services to new territories, new markets, and support the overall success of the business with customer outreach campaigns. The responsibilities of the Pest Control Sales Support Associate are:

Follow up on warm leads and reach out to potential customers, identifying their pest control problems and offering our services as a solution to their unique needs.

Address customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and assist in customer outreach efforts to expand the customer base.

Stay well informed about the company’s pest control services, products, and protocols to effectively communicate with customers and increase customer outreach metrics.

Work closely with other departments, including technicians and management, to offer a seamless customer experience and pest control solutions, increasing customer satisfaction.

Follow-up with customers post-service to ensure high customer satisfaction and promote other services and products to help the community increase their quality of life.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and service requests, helping build better customer outreach campaigns and sales strategies, and increasing overall company revenue.
