Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Sales Assistant/Lead Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, assisting with sales inquiries, and supporting our sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide product information, quotes, and technical assistance related to roll-down shutters, windows, doors, sunrooms, and screen enclosures.
- Support the sales team with lead follow-up, order processing, and documentation.
- Assist customers throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production and installation to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve service and product offerings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or related roles preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction, home improvement, or hurricane protection products is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
