Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team in Midland, Texas. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring agreements and transactions are managed seamlessly from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong organizational skills, and excels in coordinating multiple stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage transaction-related documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and other contracts based on input from sales agents.
• Facilitate the review, approval, and execution of agreements by brokers, agents, and all involved parties.
• Track critical contract dates and ensure timely communication with stakeholders to mitigate risks or delays.
• Organize and maintain due diligence documentation in centralized systems like Google Drive.
• Collaborate with title companies, buyers, sellers, and agents to schedule closings and ensure all conditions are met.
• Review settlement statements prior to closing and ensure accurate disbursement of funds.
• Provide consistent updates to all parties, resolving coordination issues promptly.
• Communicate deal closure to clients and update internal systems and marketing platforms accordingly.
• Perform final reviews of transaction files to ensure completeness and proper documentation.
• Utilize tools such as DocuSign, Google Sheets, and ZipForms to streamline processes.• Proven experience in transaction coordination, credit clerk roles, or similar positions.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, title processes, and lease agreements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor timelines and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, DocuSign, and other document management systems.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to identify and address risks or delays proactively.
• Knowledge of title companies and escrow processes is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
