Job Description
The Line Lead/Production Supervisor oversees daily assembly-line operations. This role sets up production stations, assigns tasks, trains team members, and maintains safety and sanitation standards. The supervisor also conducts quality checks, monitors inventory usage, completes production logs, and reports any issues that impact workflow or equipment.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL (English/Spanish)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Forklift Operator is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in face-paced production environment.
