Outside Sales Representative – Windows & Doors
Philadelphia, PA
Base Salary: $65,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $100K+)

We are partnering with a growing construction company in the Philadelphia area seeking an Outside Sales Representative to support continued expansion in their windows and doors division.

This opportunity is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a territory, and driving revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners

• Generate new business while managing existing accounts

• Conduct site visits, provide product recommendations, and prepare quotes

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through close

• Stay informed on product offerings and market trends

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience (construction, home improvement, or related industry preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Benefits:

• $65,000 base salary

• Uncapped commission structure (OTE $100K+)
