Our Norman agency is looking for a driven, energetic appointment setter to support our sales agents by booking quality appointments with warm leads. You'll help the team stay booked, productive, and on track.
Work Schedule is Monday - Thursday 9:30 pm - 3:30PM

Responsibilities
- Call warm leads from our CRM and schedule quotes
- Confirm daily calendars for sales agents
- Follow up on internet and referral leads
- Make outbound calls for remarketing and re-engagement
Requirements
- Confident phone voice and upbeat personality
- Fast learner and coachable
- Previous call center or sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a bonus
