- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,100 - $2,260 (competitive travel OT pay)\n
- Location: Moraine, OH 45439 — servicing Dayton, Kettering, Moraine, and Middletown (Dayton, OH home health region)\n
- Contract Length: 13 weeks (May 11, 2026 – August 10, 2026)\n
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5x8-hour day shifts) — no weekends\n
- Hours per Week: 40\n
- Productivity Expectation: 7 visits/day or 35 visits/week (Home Health productivity standard)\n
- EMR: Home Care Home Base (training provided)\n
\n\nKey Qualifications – Travel OT / Home Health Occupational Therapist\n

- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapy (OT) clinical experience, preferably in home health or outpatient adult care\n
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Ohio (Ohio OT license required)\n
- Current CPR certification\n
- Experience with adult and geriatric patient populations and common home health diagnoses\n
- Strong time management, documentation, and caseload organization skills\n
- Reliable travel within the Dayton/North Dayton area including Kettering, Moraine, and Middletown\n
\n\nResponsibilities – Home Health OT Duties\n

- Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to adults and geriatric patients in home health settings\n
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, functional assessments, and develop individualized care plans\n
- Deliver therapeutic interventions for orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary, and other common home health conditions\n
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, safety, and adaptive equipment\n
- Document all visits and clinical notes accurately in the Home Care Home Base EMR\n
- Coordinate care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes\n
- Maintain compliance with state and federal home health regulations and agency policies\n
