Logistics Coordinator – Scripps Ranch, CA
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join a reputable and growing company located in Scripps Ranch, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong coordination skills and a passion for ensuring efficient operations within a fast-paced logistics environment.
The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing the flow of shipments, coordinating transportation, and maintaining communication with vendors, carriers, and internal departments. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all deliveries are handled accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Communicate with carriers, vendors, and warehouse teams to track orders and resolve issues

Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records

Monitor inventory levels and assist with scheduling deliveries

Support logistics reporting and data entry tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation $40,000-$55,000 annually DOE

Located in Scripps Ranch, San Diego

Full-time, Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST
