Qualifications
Job Summary
The Physical Therapist (PT) will deliver a comprehensive array of physical therapy services, which include assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within a collaborative environment that adheres to professional standards and ethical practices.
Licenses and Certifications
Must possess and maintain a valid state PT license or certification.
Current CPR certification is preferred.
Qualifications
Education: A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Experience: 0-1 years.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments to determine patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation requirements.
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities aimed at enhancing patients’ physical capabilities.
- Instruct patients and their families on exercise methods, posture, body mechanics, and effective strategies for managing their conditions.
- Keep precise and current records of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
