The Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a critical role in fulfilling the Company’s staffing needs across both field and office construction positions. This role partners closely with hiring managers to clarify position requirements, establish clear recruitment processes, and ensure alignment on hiring timelines. Key responsibilities include developing and posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating the hiring and onboarding process.
This position is essential in fostering a positive candidate experience by providing consistent communication, managing expectations, and ensuring an efficient process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will promote the Company as an employer of choice and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency in the hiring process.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist Position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a business-related field is preferred
- 5+ experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of field and office construction positions is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of employment laws, hiring best practices, and current talent market trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver a positive candidate experience
