Physical Therapist
Location: Naples Park, FL
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $80K to $110K per year DOE plus full benefits
Patient Volume: 1 patient an hour
Job Summary
We’re expanding our team and need a full-time Physical Therapist to provide individualized care in a supportive environment. Located in Naples Park, our private outpatient clinic focuses on quality care where every patient is given the time they need to achieve their goals. You’ll have a manageable patient load and the opportunity to build strong, therapeutic relationships with each person.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy with manual techniques, exercises, and education
- Track and report on patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary
- Educate patients on at-home exercises to continue their recovery
- Document all patient care and progress in a timely manner
- Contribute to a positive and professional clinic atmosphere
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid Florida Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain one
- Outpatient experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- New grads with a strong clinical foundation are encouraged to apply
