Job Description:
Hours: Full-time, 30-40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, following typical school hours
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Billings, Montana, you will:
- Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in home, school, and community settings.
- Collect and record data on client progress to assist in treatment planning.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to reinforce positive behavior strategies.
- Maintain a supportive and encouraging environment to promote learning and development.
