We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Veterinary Front Receptionist to be the face of our hospital. This role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming environment for our clients and their pets while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask efficiently, and a passion for animal care.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients in a courteous, professional, and timely manner

Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails, and schedule appointments

Check-in and check-out clients, collect payment, and ensure proper documentation of services

Maintain an organized and clean front desk and waiting area

Prepare and update patient records accurately

Coordinate client reminders, follow-up calls, and prescription refills

Communicate clearly with technicians and veterinarians regarding patient needs

Handle medical records, invoices, consent forms, and other administrative paperwork

Manage daily financial transactions, end-of-day reconciliation, and deposits
