Ace Wire Spring & Form Co. is looking for an Industrial Painter and Production Laborer to support our paint area and general production needs. This is not a decorative or detail painting position. We are looking for someone reliable, organized, and able to follow work instructions while working independently.

The right candidate should understand basic industrial painting, dip painting, part handling, organization, and shop cleanliness. Painting will be one part of the job, but this person must also be willing to help with general labor, production support, material handling, cleaning, organizing, packaging, and other shop tasks when painting is not the top priority.

Starting pay is based on experience. Employees who perform well and show reliability will have the opportunity to grow with the company.
