Division Vice President of Nursing Informatics - Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: Days

Requirements:

• Current Texas RN license

• National certification required within 6 months of hire (preference in Nursing Informatics)

• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Business Administration, or Nursing required

• At least 5 years of acute care leadership experience in Clinical Informatics

• Experience with Meditech and managing multiple complex projects and teams

• Proven ability to collaborate across service lines and with executive leadership

Experience:

• Leadership experience in Clinical Informatics at the division level

• Demonstrated success in workflow design, implementation, and optimization

• Background in developing training strategies and supporting technology adoption

• Strategic leadership in aligning informatics initiatives with enterprise goals

• Experience with regulatory compliance related to EHRs and federal/state guidelines
  
  

Skills and Abilities:

• Expert knowledge of clinical systems, nursing informatics, and Meditech

• Skilled in interpreting and applying "meaningful use" and health IT guidelines

• Strong project management and strategic planning skills

• Ability to design and deploy clinical transformation initiatives

• Competency in data analysis, report generation, and informatics insights

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Servant leader mindset with a focus on supporting nursing and clinical operations
