We are seeking our next superstar Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. with significant experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine/primary care.
Applicant should be confident delivering the highest quality patient care and performing minor procedures in all age groups. Adaptability, critical thinking, multi-tasking, and effective time management skills are all possessed by the successful candidate.
Must be available to work extended hours and alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads all direct patient care and oversees patient care throughout visit.
- Ensure the ExperCARE Difference is delivered during every patient encounter.
- Provides leadership, directly supervises, and acts a role model for the clinical/front office staff.
- Demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, & high energy always with patients and staff.
- Fosters the interpersonal communication necessary to create cohesive teamwork to consistently deliver
excellence in customer service and patient care.
- Ensures patient documentation and follow up care is completed in a timely manner. All EMR and messaging queues (ie: lab results, unsigned charts, provider queue, etc) are completed by the end of each shift.
- Solution-minded approach to every opportunity throughout the shift
- Check email daily
- Complete all follow up in provider work queues (ie: labs to review, provider queue, unsigned charts)
The ideal candidate has the qualities
- Prefer a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Emergency Med, Urgent Care, or Primary Care
- Maintain active, current certifications and licensing in good standing including:
- NCCPA Certification, NPI, GA State License, DEA, DOT Examiner, BLS, ACLS, PALS
- Complete required CME: Urgent Care Course and Billing Course within first 90 days
