Now Hiring: Digital Print Technician
Location: Washington MO
Full-Time: Mon-Fri / 6:50am-3:20pm
Pay rate: $17/hr
Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about producing high-quality printed materials? We’re looking for a Digital Print Technician to join our team! In this role, you’ll operate and maintain our digital printing equipment, ensuring every job meets the highest standards for accuracy, color, and quality.
What You’ll Do:

Operate and maintain digital printing machines

Review job orders and artwork files for accuracy

Calibrate and adjust printers for color and media compatibility

Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues
-
Monitor print jobs to ensure quality and deadlines are met

Keep accurate records of production and quality checks

Collaborate with prepress and finishing teams for smooth workflow

Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training a plus)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read a ruler and ensure precise measurements

Familiarity with RIP software and Adobe Suite preferred

Good organizational and time management skills
-
Team player who can also work independently

Reliable, with a strong attendance record

Flexibility to work varying shifts or overtime if needed
