Job Description Charge Nurse Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NICU RN for a leadership role as a Charge Nurse. In addition to providing expert clinical care to our smallest patients, you will be responsible for overseeing unit flow, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of safety and care during your shift. Schedule:

Requirements:
