Since 2000, JH Landscaping & Irrigation has served the Pacific Northwest, specializing in commercial construction projects like luxury apartments, hotels, and senior living communities in King and Snohomish Counties. We work with local and national contractors on landscaping at street level, courtyards, rooftops, hardscaping, irrigation, green roofs, and site furnishings such as fire pits and outdoor kitchens.

We value partnerships with project managers, vendors, and employees delivering high-quality work on time. This is a sophisticated commercial company that is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements:

A Landscaping Maintenance Manager is expected to manage the company’s commercial maintenance properties. This includes managing a team of laborers, performing physical labor, reporting to the Operations Manager and communicating with Property Managers. You will need to be as proactive as possible. In addition, the Lead needs to be able to drive a company vehicle and keep track of tools used. It is expected that the following requirements will be met prior to an application being presented to JH Landscaping & Irrigation.

- 1 to 2 years of Landscaping Management experience.
- Able to adeptly speak/write/read English (+ Spanish is a bonus) effectively.
- A valid driver’s license/documentation to work in Washington State with a clean driving record
- The ability to read emails, review calendars, and perform basic administrative skills.
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in an effective manner.
- Reliable means of transportation to and from work.
