Office Assistant / Design Assistant – Remodeling Company (Miami)
Busy remodeling company in Miami is looking for a reliable Office Assistant with design experience to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Support design-related work (basic layouts, selections, visuals, or coordination)
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and field teams
• Organize files, contracts, and project documents
• Help prepare proposals, scopes of work, and presentations
Requirements:
• Previous office experience (construction or remodeling a plus)
• Design experience or background (interior design, drafting, or similar)
• Comfortable with computers, email, and basic software (design software is a plus)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Good communication skills (English required, Spanish a plus)
